Masficia ships its products:
- in metropolitan France
- within the European Union
- internationally (depending on thedestinations available at the time of ordering)
The available delivery areas are specified at the time of order confirmation.
Each order is prepared with care.
- Preparation time: 1 to 3 working days(excluding weekends and public holidays)
- During periods of high demand or collection launches, this timeframe may be exceptionally extended
The customer is notified by email as soon as their order is shipped.

Masficia cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or customs formalities.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and shown to the Customer before final order confirmation.

Masficia works with recognized carriers to ensure reliable and secure delivery.
The choice of carrier is offered during the ordering process, depending on the destination.
A tracking numberis sent to the Customer by email as soon as the order is shipped.
The customer can track the delivery of their package at any time.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.
Masficia cannot be held responsible:
- due to an address error
- of a package not delivered or returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address
The return shipping costs will then be borne by the Customer.
Upon receipt of the package, the Customer is asked to check the condition of the product.
In case of any problem (damaged package, missing or damaged product), the Customer must:
