These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the sales of products made on the website www.masficia.com (hereinafter the “Site”), between the company Masficiaand any person making a purchase via the Site (hereinafter the “Customer”).

These Terms and Conditions apply to all product orders placed on the Site.
Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Customer.
Masficia reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.
The products offered for sale are those appearing on the Site on the day of consultation by the Customer, within the limits of available stocks.
Each product is presented with a detailed description. The photographs are not contractual but accurately represent the products offered.
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.
Masficia reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated.
Delivery costs are shown before final order confirmation.
The Customer places an order on the Site according to the following process:
1. Product Selection
2. Add to cart
3. Shopping cart validation
4. Providing delivery and billing information
5. Secure payment
6. Order confirmation by email
The order is considered final after payment confirmation.
Masficia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the Client or suspicion of fraud.
Payment is made online via secure payment solutions offered by Shopify (credit card, and other means available on the Site).
The order is charged immediately after payment is validated.
Masficia does not store any banking data.
The products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
Delivery times:
- The delivery times indicated are indicative only for the order
Masficia cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
- The risks associated with transport are transferred to the Customer upon delivery.
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 daysfrom receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.
To exercise this right, the Client must contact Masficia at the following address:

- Unwashed product

- Product with intact tags
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of an error attributable to Masficia.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 daysfrom receipt of the returned product, via the payment method used when ordering.
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the Customer must contact Masficia as soon as possible.
Masficia cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site or the products sold.
Masficia's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order.
The personal data collected is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logo, design, trademarks) are the exclusive property of Masficia.
Any reproduction or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of Masficia's registered office.
